Transportation. Larry's primary focus is transportation law, involving the various modes: motor, rail, water, intermodal and air. Larry represents carriers, shippers and third parties with their various problems, planning and areas of concern. He handles a wide range of transportation-related matters, such as cargo loss and damage claims, transportation contracts, bills of lading, freight charge disputes, intermodal matters, federal preemption issues, solid waste, recyclable materials garbage, leasing activities, undercharge litigation, logistics issues, insurance coverage issues, federal and state audits, safety matters, hazardous materials issues, and many more topics concerning transportation.

Other topics creep into the transportation world, such as noncompetition agreements, trade secrets disputes, interference with contractual relations, owner-operator concerns, acquisition of authority through new authority or through acquisition, limited liability companies (LLCs) and corporation, some employment issues and bankruptcy ramifications on creditors.

Litigation. Larry also handle other business and commercial litigation in state and federal court, whether in bringing the lawsuit or defending a lawsuit. This portion of his practice deals with many of the matters discussed in the preceding paragraph.
